The Damallsvenskan Swedish for ladies’ all-Swedish is the highest division of women’s football in Sweden. It is also referred as to the women’s Allsvenskan this term being used alone to refer to the men’s division.The division consists of a league of 12 teams. There is a relegation system in place with the Swedish Women’s Division 1 which is split into Northern and Southern sections.
