Dale Levitski is a self-taught Chicago chef who competed on Top Chef season 3 and was one of the runners-up to Hung Huynh along with Casey Thompson. Though Levitski did not win fan favorite he was well liked by fans[citation needed] and later competed on Top Chef season 8 among the All-Stars. He was eliminated in the third episode.Dale is formerly the executive chef of both Sprout and Frog n’ Snail restaurants both now closed in Chicago Illinois.
