The CZ 99 is a full-sized semi-automatic service pistol produced by Zastava Arms (formerly Crvena Zastava). It was developed in 1989 to replace the M-57 and other outdated pistols in the Yugoslavian Military and Police service. Design of the CZ 99 was based on SIG Sauer P226 and Walther P88.
