CTfastrak known previously as the New Britain-Hartford Busway is a bus rapid transit line currently under construction between Union Station in Hartford and downtown New Britain in central Connecticut USA. The project officially broke ground on May 22 2012 and is expected to be operational in early 2015. The CTfastrak dedicated roadway transit project was selected as the most cost-effective means to relieve congestion on I-84 between Hartford West Hartford Newington and New Britain.
