Crossroads Center is a shopping mall located in Waterloo Iowa. It is the dominant shopping center in northeast Iowa with a trade area that extends more than 50 miles (80 km). The mall opened in 1969 is owned by Jones Lang LaSalle and is managed and leased by Spinoso Real Estate Group. It is located in the heart of a retail hub that includes a 12 screen theater Best Buy SuperTarget Walmart Barnes & Noble Bed Bath & Beyond and many other national tenants.
