L. Craig Foltin is a Republican politician who served as mayor of Lorain Ohio from 2000 to 2007. At the age of 32 Foltin upset incumbent Joe Koziura 51.5% to 48.5% in 1999 to win the Mayoral seat in the City of Lorain where Democrats outnumber Republicans five to one. Kozuira had previously won by a 70% margin against and had also served for 10 years as a State Representative.
