Cozido (Portuguese: [kuˈziðu]) or cocido (Spanish: [koˈθiðo]) is a traditional stew of different meats and vegetables with numerous regional variations throughout Portugal and Spain. It is considered part of the Portuguese and Spanish cuisine legacies.
