Courtney Lorraine Barnas (born June 16 1987) is a beauty queen from Calumet City Illinois who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2007.Barnas a resident of Mesa Arizona won the Miss Arizona USA 2007 title in a state pageant held at the Orpheum Theatre in Phoenix Arizona on Sunday 1 October 2006.
