Constantin Lupulescu (born 25 March 1984 in Buftea Romania) is a Romanian chess Grandmaster (2006). He took part in the Chess World Cup 2011 and Chess World Cup 2013 but was eliminated in the first round by Daniel Fridman and Krishnan Sasikiran respectively.Lupulescu won the Romanian Chess Championship in 20072010 and 2011. He played for Romania in the Chess Olympiads of 2004 and 2008.
