Congregation Beth Israel (Hebrew: בית ישראל) is a Conservative synagogue located at 229 Murdock Avenue in Asheville North Carolina. Founded in 1899 as Bikur Cholim it was an Orthodox breakaway from Asheville’s existing synagogue.
