The Commonwealth Party was a political party in Gibraltar. It was the first party to contest an election after the Association for the Advancement of Civil Rights (AACR). It was led by Juan Jose Triay.It was founded in 1956 to contest the elections to the Legislative Council of that year where it obtained a seat (4 to the AACR and 2 independents) for Juan Jose Triay.
