The Commission on Combating Corruption of the Republic of Azerbaijan is set up according to the article 4.2 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan On Combating Corruption and functions as a specialized agency on combating corruption since 2005.Commission is composed of 15 members. 5 members of the Commission are appointed by the President of the Republic 5 by the Parliament and the 5 by the Constitutional Court.
