The Coalition of Social Justice and Democracy is an alliance of leftist political parties that will run in the 2014 Egyptian parliamentary election. The Egyptian Popular Current has stated that the alliance will focus on social justice and ensuring a democratic transition. Though the Egyptian Social Democratic Party (ESDP) was mentioned as a member of the alliance the ESDP has formed an alliance with the New Wafd Party instead.
