Jacobus Wilhelm ‘Co’ Stompé (born 10 September 1962) is a Dutch professional darts player who currently plays in the British Darts Organisation. Stompé is nicknamed The Matchstick because of his almost bald head and very thin appearance making him look like a matchstick. He is also one of very few professionals who play in long-sleeved shirts.Stompé was born in Amsterdam where before turning professional he was among other things a tram driver on tram line 14.
