CNN Pipeline was an English language video news service providing both live and on-demand video to subscribers’ computers via broadband Internet connections. It was part of the CNN group of news services. The service was subscription-based and did not contain advertising like other CNN stations. Pipeline was made available to the public on December 5 2005 after years of planning and months of internal testing.
