Clayton The Carpenter Guida (/ˈɡwiːdə/; born December 8 1981) is an American mixed martial artist fighting in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) as a featherweight. Guida was the inaugural Strikeforce Lightweight Champion. He is one of the two men to defeat current UFC Lightweight Champion Anthony Pettis. As of January 17 2014 he is #9 in official UFC featherweight rankings and ranked the #10 featherweight in the world by Sherdog.
