Clay Constantinou [born in New York NY] is an American lawyer and diplomat. He served as US Ambassador to Luxembourg from 1994 to 1999 and as Dean of the Whitehead School of Diplomacy at Seton Hall University from 1999 to 2005. He is currently Of Counsel at Patton Boggs LLP an international law firm based in Washington DC.
