Clarence Addison Brimmer Jr. (born July 11 1922) is a United States federal judge in the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.Born in Rawlins Wyoming Brimmer received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1944 and was a U.S. Air Force Sergeant from 1945 to 1946. He received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School in 1947. He was in private practice in Rawlins Wyoming from 1947 to 1971. He was the state attorney general of Wyoming from 1971 to 1974.
