Civil Service Rugby Football Club is a rugby union club based in Maynard Sinclair Pavilion of Belfast Northern Ireland. Originally a part of Civil Service F.C. a combined association football and rugby union club Civil Service Rugby club is currently a separate entity from the English CS Rugby 1863 having been formed in the autumn of 1922 by staff of the newly established Northern Ireland Civil Service.
