Cimber A/S is a Danish airline headquartered in Sønderborg and founded 15 May 2012 after the bankruptcy of Cimber Sterling earlier same month. The airline is exclusively flying for Scandinavian Airlines on an ACMI contract (Aircraft Crew Maintenance and Insurance) with a fleet consisting of six Bombardier CRJ-200 and two ATR 72. Cimber began with a share capital of DKK 600000.
