The Christian Heritage Party of New Zealand (CHP known for a time simply as Christian Heritage New Zealand) was a New Zealand political party espousing Christian values. Although it never won seats in an election it came close to doing so in 1996 as part of the Christian Coalition and briefly had a member in Parliament.On 3 October 2006 the Party said it would disband to allow new things to arise in Christian politics in New Zealand.
