Christopher Chris John Fydler (born 8 November 1972 in Sydney New South Wales) is a former freestyle swimmer from Australia who competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country starting in 1992. His finest hour came eight years later when he was a member of the Men’s 4×100m freestyle relay team that defeated the United States and won the gold medal in the prestigious event alongside Michael Klim Ian Thorpe and Ashley Callus.
