Children-404 (“Children-404. LGBT teens . We exist!” Russian: Дети-404) is a Russian public internet project which supports homosexual bisexual and transgender teenagers in Russia. Founded by Elena Klimova a Russian journalist in the Rosbalt agency who wrote in March 2013 a series of articles on the topic of LGBT children. On 31 January 2014 an administrative case was brought up against Elena Klimova for alleged violation of the law concerning gay propaganda.
