Chen Kuangyi also known as Jessie (traditional Chinese: 陳匡怡; simplified Chinese: 陈匡怡; pinyin: Chén Kuāngyí) was born on 20 November 1987 in Taiwan. She is a Taiwanese model and actress. She graduated from National Taiwan University. Chen resembles Vivian Chow hence being dubbed Little Vivian Chow or Lin Chi-ling on Internet.
