Charlie Buhler (born December 25 1987) is an actor director and photographer from Mitchell South Dakota. In 2008 she represented South Dakota at the Miss USA pageant.Buhler won the Miss South Dakota USA 2008 title in late 2007 becoming the first African-American woman to win the pageant. She represented South Dakota at the Miss USA 2008 pageant held in Las Vegas Nevada on 11 April 2008. This was her second attempt at the title as she placed second runner-up in the 2007 event.
