Charles Robin Britt (born June 29 1942) is a former Member of the United States House of Representatives from North Carolina’s 6th congressional district. A Democrat he served one term from 1983 to 1985.Britt grew up in Asheville North Carolina and graduated from Enka High School in 1959. He received a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1963 and a Juris Doctor from the same institution as well as an LL.M. degree from New York University in 1976.
