Charles Palmerston Anderson (September 8 1865 – January 30 1930) was the seventeenth Presiding Bishop of the Episcopal Church. He was born in Kemptville Ontario. In 1900 he was elected Bishop Coadjutor of the Episcopal Diocese of Chicago and became diocesan bishop in 1905 on the death of William Edward McLaren.
