Charles Cheatham Cavanah (September 26 1871 – June 30 1953) was a United States federal judge.Cavanah was born in Greensboro North Carolina. On December 22 1926 Cavanah was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge to a seat on the United States District Court for the District of Idaho vacated by Frank S. Dietrich. Confirmed by the United States Senate on January 3 1927 Cavanah received his commission the same day.
