The Changping Line of the Beijing Subway (Chinese: 北京地铁昌平线; pinyin: běijīng dìtiě chāngpíng xiàn) is a mostly elevated rapid transit line in northern Beijing. The line started construction in 2009. In September 2010 Construction was completed and was followed by three-month test run. The line opened on December 30 2010 and currently runs north from the Xi’erqi station on Line 13 to Nanshao. It is 21.24 km in length with 7 stations only Nanshao is underground.
