Chanel Joy Puaalaonali Wise (born June 14 1985) is a beauty queen from Honolulu Hawaii who competed in the Miss USA pageant in 2007. Wise won the Miss Hawaii USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in Honolulu Hawaii on 17 December 2006. This was her second attempt at the title as she had placed third runner-up to Jennifer Fairbank 2005.
