Thomas Chandler Gailey Jr. (born January 5 1952) is an American professional and college football coach. Gailey was most recently the head coach of the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League (NFL); he was formerly the head coach of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys and the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets college football team.Gailey previously served as offensive coordinator for the Miami Dolphins in 2000–01 when the Dolphins posted consecutive 11–5 records.
