Cecil Henry Boutflower /ˈboʊflaʊər/ (1863–1942) was an Anglican bishop who served both at home and abroad. He was born into a distinguished clerical family at Brathay Windermere in 1863 and educated at Uppingham and Christ Church Oxford.
