Cavan Spencer Kendall McCarthy (22 May 1942 – 29 October 1999) was a British actor. He acted in many television series including Dr. Who in the role of Achilles and in films Eureka and Sexy Beast.Kendall was the paternal half-brother of actress Kay Kendall. He was born to Terry Kendall and Dora Spencer in Clapham London and died of cancer in Gloucestershire at the age of 57.
