Castleman disease (giant or angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia lymphoid hamartoma angiofollicular lymph node hyperplasia) is an uncommon lymphoproliferative disorder that may be localized to a single lymph node (unicentric) oroccur systemically (multicentric). It must be distinguished from reactive lymph node hyperplasiaand malignancies.
