Carmen Consuelo Cerezo (née Vargas) (born 1940) is a United States federal judge.Born in San Juan Puerto Rico Cerezo received a B.A. from University of Puerto Rico in 1963 a J.D. from University of Puerto Rico Law School in 1966 and an LL.M. from University of Virginia School of Law in 1988. She was in private practice of law in Puerto Rico from 1966 to 1967 and was a law clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico from 1967 to 1972.
