Carlos Ozores Typaldos (or Osores) is a Panamanian politician and diplomat who served as First Vice President of Panama twice in 1984 and in 1989.Son of Renato and Rita Ozores he was born in Panama City (c. 1935). After graduating in law he went to Italy in order to achieve a PhD in International Law.
