Carlos DeLuna (March 15 1962 – December 7 1989) was an American man who was convicted of murder and executed by the State of Texas for the killing of a 24-year-old gas station attendant on the evening of February 4 1983. Since DeLuna’s execution by lethal injection in 1989 doubts have been raised about the conviction and the question of his guilt.
