Carl Olaf Bue Jr. (born March 27 1922) is a United States federal judge.Born in Chicago Illinois Bue received a Ph.B. from Northwestern University in 1951 and an LL.B. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1954. He served as a Captain in the United States Army Adjutant General’s Department during World War II from 1942 to 1946. He was in private practice in Houston Texas from 1954 to 1970.
