Carl Anthony Fisher (November 24 1945 – September 2 1993) was a Roman Catholic bishop.Born in Pascagoula Mississippi Fisher was ordained to the priesthood for the Josephite Fathers on June 2 1973. On December 23 1986 he was appointed titular bishop of ‘Tlos’ and auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles and was ordained on February 23 1987. He died while in office.
