Carbidopa/levodopa (sometimes referred to as levocarb) is the combination of carbidopa and levodopa and is used to treat Parkinson’s disease dopamine-responsive dystonia (DRD) and off-label for the treatment of Hallucinogen Persisting Perception Disorder (HPPD). It is sold under several brand names including Sinemet Pharmacopa Atamet and Apo-Levocarb. The generic name under the British Approved Name system is Co-careldopa.
