Caprice is a contemporary French haute cuisine restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. It was helmed by Vincent Thierry the opening and previous chef de cuisine who had been the sous chef of Le Cinq at Hotel George V Paris of Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Fabrice Vulin is the current chef de cuisine.
