The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (the Agency) (French: Agence canadienne d’évaluation environnementale) is the Government of Canada agency that reports to the federal Minister of the Environment. The Agency provides leadership and serves as a centre of expertise for federal environmental assessment in accordance with the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act 2012 (CEAA 2012).
