c Puppis (HD 63032 HR 3017) is a K4III orange giant star in the constellation Puppis with an apparent visual magnitude of 3.62 that lies at a distance of some 1085 light years. c Puppis which is found in the night sky between Naos and Nu Puppis is the 335th brightest star in the Earth’s sky and 8th brightest in its constellation. It is located in the open cluster NGC 2451.
