Søren Carl Theodor Marius Sørensen also known as C.Th. Sørensen (1893-1979) was a famous Danish landscape architect. He is notable for creating adventure playgrounds inspired by children playing with leftover materials on construction sites and with the help of children as builders. He was the professor of landscape architecture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen and wrote many books on gardens and landscaping.
