Cícero Tortelli (born February 16 1967 in Rio de Janeiro) is a former breaststroke swimmer from Brazil.Participated at the 1986 World Aquatics Championships in Madrid where he finished 16th in the 100-metre breaststroke consolation final and 25th in the 200-metre breaststroke.He was at the 1987 Pan American Games in Indianapolis where he won a bronze medal in the 4×100-metre medley. He also finished 6th in the 100-metre breaststroke and in the 200-metre breaststroke.
