The Bull Run Mountains is a mountain range in northern Elko County in the northeastern section of the state of Nevada in the Basin and Range region of the western United States. Much of the range is contained within the Mountain City Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. Porter Peak at 9157 feet (2791 m) is the highest point of the range.
