Frank Bud Holscher (born c. 1931) is an American professional golfer who played on the PGA Tour in the 1950s.Holscher attended Santa Monica Junior College where he was a member of the golf team. He won the 1950 California State Junior College Championship.Holscher’s best years as a PGA professional were in the mid-1950s. He won the Labatt Open in 1954. In 1955 he finished 2nd in the Philadelphia Daily News Open after a playoff loss to Dick Mayer; Holscher and Art Wall Jr.
