Bryan Voltaggio (born April 19 1976) is an American chef residing in Frederick Maryland. He received an AOS in culinary arts from The Culinary Institute of America and was mentored by chef Charlie Palmer. He is the co-owner and executive chef of four restaurants including VOLT Lunchbox Family Meal and RANGE. Volt Restaurant in Frederick Maryland received a James Beard nomination for Best New Restaurant in 2009.[citation needed]
