Class 345 are electric multiple units to be built by Bombardier Transportation for London Crossrail. The contract worth £1 billion will cover 65 nine-car Aventra trains 200 m long carrying up to 1500 passengers to speeds of up to 90 mph and maintenance at a depot at Old Oak Common.
