Bright Future (Icelandic: Björt framtíð) is an Icelandic political party founded on 4 February 2012. Before the 2013 general election it included two MPs Guðmundur Steingrímsson (defected from the Progressive Party) and Róbert Marshall (defected from the Social Democratic Alliance). It then won 6 seats in the election.The party supports Iceland joining the European Union and the Euro.
